After his amazing trip from Paris to Bangkok (www.digital-voyage.info), Lucas Gurdjian came to Shanghai to discover “ the new Eldorado”. Ben Thebaut and Stephane Demontgros of Riviera Events were among the first people he met and together they launched the first Pool Party in the city. They all had a “first time” experience to share… The guys from Riviera Events and Lucas Gurdjian vibed well together and Lucas offered to be the Pool Party photographer as well as one of the resident DJs. The Pool Party was not only a great summertime party but also a real springboard (sic) for Lucas.
After a great success in Summer 2005, Riviera Events organized in 2006 the Pool Party 2nd edition: same base with great new ideas, internationally famous DJs, an amazing set up and more people! For this event, Ben Thebaut and Stephane DeMontgros asked Warehousestudio to create the Riviera events logo as well as their whole visual identity (flyers, eflyers...).

RIVIERA EVENTSRiviera Events is an event company which didn’t necessarily begin as an official company. Created by Benoit Thebaut and Stephane Demontgros in 2005 starting the first Pool Parties, today Riviera Events is a real company organizing parties in the most celebrated clubs in Shanghai (Bar Rouge, Attica etc).
